These portraits of Ali and Cody are some of my absolute favorites. I’d LOVE to document more couples and details like this! If this speaks to you, reach out HERE to book your date during the winter months — what better time to get cozy and cute inside at the studio?
So here’s how this shoot came to be… maybe you can even relate! After their wedding in Morocco, Ali and Cody realized there wasn’t enough time for all the portraits they wanted with their parents and some of their sentimental details…
After taking their engagement photos in a crisp, candid and modern style (and mostly in black and white!), we knew it was time to get back together to bring the same vibe to portraits in their new rowhouse. A space that was empty and full of white walls was the perfect location… just like my new studio. 😉 Ali’s parents joined so we could recreate a few photos of them with her veil that included lace from her mom’s wedding dress, her dad’s cufflinks, Cody’s cufflinks, a personalized leather jacket Ali had made with her new last name and lots of additional details.
Through February 2025, I’ll be offer details styling as an added bonus to the first 5 couples that book a studio session like this. Leave your details with me (other than your rings) and I will style them on my own time so we can maximize our studio time together!
Bring your puppies, parents, favorite drink, plenty of flowers… you name it!!! LET’S GO! I even have a mini-fridge and kitchen area with fun glassware!
If this speaks to you, what are you waiting for? Let’s chat and get a date on the calendar!
